The fort is located about 923 m (3,028 ft) above sea level. It's a perfect trek for beginners it take usually 45 to 60 min to complete the ascend towards fort stairs. The way towards the stairs is through jungle. The elevation gradually increases. Once you reach onto the fort the views of the surrounding mountains and Aamby Valley city are gorgeous and you won't regret the efforts you took to reach the height.

A good fort. Not so well maintained. It's an easy trek(takes hardly around 45-60 mins) but if you're visiting for the first time, please keep directions in mind while going from parking to stairs because there are no markings or boards to guide you. The fort is at really good height, so the view is amazing. Prefer visiting in monsoon. Tip: Stay for stargazing here

Easy trekk. There is a small pound at top too. Great view. You can climb up at any time..... evening climb preferably would be great. It doesn't take too long. Just 1 or 2 hours if you are going non stop.

Excellent place to visit and climb this Gad. The 600 steps are there. It is upright climb. All step are like that only. That's why use tree stick to climb for ease. Take water bottle with you
