We liked this hotel very much... The room was clean and tidy... Staff is friendly and service was good.. Hotel is near to lonavala station and situated in main city area, 2min away from bus depot. Overall experience was good..

The location of hotel is good and at the market itself. The staff is normally good other than 1-2 exceptions, which is fine. We two went there with our families but faced below issues. 1. The major problem was with bathrooms. The bathrooms were made of opaque glass and was kind of see through. You can not even use washroom, if someone is in your room. It could be good for honeymoon couple but not a good option for group trip. 2. One side of washroom had transparent wall for 1.5 ft at bottom. Photo is attached. Its highly impossible to use that washroom. 3. Got few mosquito bites to me and kids. 4. If you are not dog / animal friendly, then you may face challenge. I'm rating 3 star due to location, good room service and parking services. 1-2 pet dogs might get roam around you but they will not harm you for sure. Complementary breakfast was simple and tasteful.

This place is just one step ahead to Lonavala bus stand. Hotel is well kept and also popular for destination wedding. Nice hospitality,very clean rooms and good atmosphere. Staaf is courteous and so polite. Breakfast has very good variety. Meal has also great quality and tasty.

If looking for fantastic, simple authentic Gujarati thali, you have found the place. Terrific homely service where food is served with love. The owners are classy & eat in same joint. Located at heart of city centre. Service + food 5 stars.

Good for families. Old but good rooms. Close to Railway station and Bus stand. Vegetarian Restaurant with complimentary buffet breakfast. Good for North Indian dishes. Priced high. Sight seeing taxis available on request at reception.
