Hilton Shillim is a vast property spread out in 320 acres. The property itself is beautiful nestled amidst nature. Owing to the large area covered, you can always find a new spot to walk around, sit and relax. It is a perfect getaway from the hustle bustle of the city. You can get very calming views of hills and valleys from the resort. The staff is well trained, all the areas in the resort are well appointed. The rooms are large and clean. However one can find some spots that require some attention in terms of cleaning. The restaurants are very expensive. The menu is limited but whatever that is on the menu is generally good and you would not feel starved.

Our stay at the Hilton Shillim was amazing. The estate is located in a breathtaking environment. In combination with the different classes the hotel offers, we found a nice balance between winding down and being active. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. We can recommend anyone considering a stay at the Hilton Shillim to come to this beautiful place.

I have recently been a guest in Hilton Shillim and the experience i had with staff in the property was horrible. Honestly i expected a lot and why not when you pay for a villa that cost 35,000. It took me an hour to get connected to the restaurant and i got connected only after telling them that i am starving. Then i receive my food after an hours that's fine. the point i have raised here is because me and my partner were chilling in the private villa lawn in the dark. The concern that i have is there is intrusion of privacy. We see a man who entered in the villa from the wrong entrance with the food and calling out our name. Instead of knocking on the main entrance door. How do they just decide to walk in a private Villa only because the guest was unable to open the door. And has the audacity to tell us he entered because we didn't pick up the call. I hope this incident made you realize how badly your staff needs training.

Not a family place at all. No activities, small kids play area - also closes at 6, kids not allowed in many places, most of the activities they mention do not happen, very small family restaurant.... Very slow service.. came for few days but we cannot stay more than one day with family.... was really disappointed.. and it is so far you cannot go out as well... And indoor games closes at 6 pm..

One of the best mountain resort properties around pune and Mumbai. A lovely and serene place to spend a few days away from hustle bustle of the city. The villas are huge and designed beautifully. The striking feature is that the property has reserved the forest area very well and has a good ecological balance. Some key highlights of the activities at the property - 1) property has organic farming facility 2) a great meditation center 3) A pottery house with like sessions for people who are keen 4) bird trail and forest walk 5) a trek to shilim peak, a must do when around. The food is delicious here, especially the mutton delicacies.
