Ubuntu Community Eat is Kolkata's 1st VEGAN CAFE located at Dhakuria. (The lane beside Mouchak) The unique furniture is the first thing that'll catch your attention as soon as you enter the space. Credit goes to the wonderful Wonders of Waste that made chairs and tables out of old, discarded wood, car seats and the like. The wall and shelves are also decorated with artwork as well as donated, recycled and upcycled stuff like cardboard boxes holding plants, bottles, books among other things. We tried : Fysh Fry, Grilled Shrymp , Grilled Salamy Sandwich, Luchi Kosha Mangsho, Chycken Tikka pizza, Almond Brownie & Banana Walnut Cake Yes, food is completely vegan curated to perfection using Mock Meat and tastewise, it's absolutely out of the world, I swear. If you're a true foodie, this place is definitely worth your visit.
