the place is more than awesome, every time i visit here it becomes more beautiful. on the matter of hygiene they maintain all safety measures. for pandemic they serve the food in room, even the house staffs and reception is very helpful. (specially the girl Indrani in the reception gave us guidance very well, she was too polite and professional) truly appreciate the staffs and the way they treat us

Clean. Middle of no where yet in Kolkata , Pool is amazing , staff are very courteous , very warm and positive vibes upon entry into Hotel , Variety eating options. Visited for a weekend stay. New bar at 32nd Floor is also a Must Go to

The place is a five star hotel with three restaurants and a bar. It also has swimming pool. The ambience of the place is very much calm and relaxing. A place to go for when one is stressed, one can have a relaxing spa at the available spa centres. A two days stay at the hotel is possibly the best to give a break from one's routine life. The food quality is also very good. The service of the staff is amazing and they are very much friendly. Also, they look into the needs of their customers very aptly. Several events and parties too are organized by the hotel owners in their own premises like the New Year party and many more events.

Desserts are to die for. Bakery section is amazing. Mocktails, juices, yumm. Salad counter, chats, Italian, Chinese, Indian, all dishes are cooked to perfection. My favorite go to place
