A Kolkata Heritage Hotel! Located in the heart of this great city, the hotel holds a historical position in its history. Great service, courteous reception from every level of staff members. The food was delicious and of course the bar and the dining room has a delightful ambience.

A heritage property which oozes charm. Centrally located, but in the midst of the old market area, thus close to many vintage restaurants, old-world sweet shops and street shops. The rooms (& bathrooms), while well-appointed & immaculate, may be considered tad dated and small. The views are broadly average. But otherwise, excellent service & hospitality by the team, brilliant breakfast spread (you'd expect that from an Oberoi). Remember you're staying in royal environs, so might as well live it up.

Its a nice hotel. The staff is friendly too. The Banquet Hall is perfect for a Cocktail party or a Reception party. The attached swimming pool gives a serene beauty to the place. Even the food is great... Best location... Love the place

This is a very famous hotel in Kolkata. I've been to the hotel a few times. The staff or behavior of this hotel is very good. If you come to Kolkata, you must stay at this hotel once. Then you will understand that this is a very good hotel
