Ambience is very good. Staffs are courteous, helpful and promt in service.

With two kids I felt the warmth of "The Sonnet" hotel from the word go. Kudos to management for hiring such compassionate staff from the guards to the reception counter(an extra star for Ms. Niharika

Excellent stay with very good facilities and food. Staff is polite and co operative and very co operative. They also have facility for half day extension of the room. Highly recommended if you need to work around Salt Lake City or airport(Takes 15- 20 min in non traffic times)

Rooms are good. But recently had a conference dinner arranged at this hotel and the preparation was ordinary to say the least. So if staying here I would recommend eating out(there are plenty of good restaurants nearby).
