staff r nice but room needs deep cleaning. If one looks at the walls over TV s/he can see the dust. The glass window needs cleaning. Bathroom walls and floors need deep cleaning. The breakfast menu was awesome. Loved the jilebi every morning in breakfast.

A large smart cooperate hotel with good facilities and well appointed rooms. A restaurant with good range of choice. Colourful local streets. Disliked ·

I have stayed in Radisson hotels all around the world and I shall say that this was my least liked stay. The images of the hotel on their website and other booking apps looks fantastic, especially the images of the infinity swimming pool. I booked the hotel specially to use the infinity but I only came to know that the pool was out of service after I already did the booking. They didn't even bother to mention it to guests before booking. Rooms are not big enough for the price, the good thing about the room is that the window is a full glass wall window with good blinders. The view is very strange, the only view you get is broken tall buildings where no one lives. Strangely enough, I liked the view but I reckon most people will hate it. The rooftop bar is nicely done but too over priced for the ambience. I have been to better five stars ambience in Kolkata with the same price. The restaurant has a basic, nice and subtle look to it. I quite liked liked it. The breakfast was ok, some the of the food tasted quite nice and some was pretty bad but I must say there was a lot on choice. It was a very extended buffet which was highly appreciated. Usually breakfast time in other hotels get over at 10 in the morning but here it was till 10:30. Room check out at 11 and not at 12 was quite irritating. Live music with violin and cello near the front desk in the evening was quite nice.
