Highly recommended. Great prices. Great food. Only downside is their seating arrangements which isn't that great . But the staff is sweet. Diamond Kabiraji is the perfect dish to try out in here. Oh and their salad consists of boiled potatoes as well. Besides this place has its own rich history.

Amazing food, over a hundred years of service. Price is on spot, they don't have a lot of space, but it doesn't matter. The quality of food more than makes up for anything else.

I was there after 10years and just awesome and tastes same like 10years ago. Nowadays they are accepting cards. Soup and Bread, Diamond Fry still same in look. It was just nostalgia and my taste instinct make me to drive there. Food of Kolkata. No parking space but still I love this place to park my body in small chairs and tables.

I am not here for giving bad reviews for their food but the behaviour of the manager of the desk. On last Sunday(26th Jan) I personally visit the restaurant at the morning asking is there any breakfast is available as couple of people having their breakfasts. He said..how many people? I replied 4. Please give me 5 minutes as I need to bring them down from the car parked nearby. He said "make it quick". So I rushed ..and bring all of them within 5 minutes. All of a sudden the person behaved extremely rude with us saying "we are shutting down. You may go now." So, how can a person behave such an inhuman way even if he was seeing my wife was carrying my baby in her lap. If he is shutting the cafe,he should informed me earlier, I wouldn't brought my family. This is absolutely unacceptable from a reputed brand.

A historical place and one of the best present day advertisement for Kolkata Cabin culture. Very small outlet with a very limited seating option. The food is awesome though and pocket friendly too. You can get your stomach full for two in about 500 bucks. Must try items are fish kobiraji and pudding. Highly recommended and must go.
