Awesome and a great place to chill with friends. Really peaceful and you will definitely enjoy the clean air. There's a great feel when you enter the ground. There's also many food stalls so when you feel hungry you can get what you want. I ordered papri chat and cold drinks and really enjoyed those

Maddox square was a very nice park in the 80s and 90s.Unfortunately it is dirty and dusty now.The football players kick up dirt and dust on the field ,hence on dry days ,there is a cloud of dust hovering over the walking path . The good thing is that the path itself is decently maintained and there are enough benches to rest .Locals use it for their daily "adda" and if you can become part of one of the group's you can spend your old age debating on politics,current affairs and the ever changing society .It's not a park for a serious run or even a very brisk walk as one needs to keep dodging the incoming walkers.Howevervearly mornings are pleasant and post 7pm when the boys stop playing football,it can be used for a quick medium paced walk .Very accessible in this part of the city and so it could be an alternative for a daily stroll.

Went in the night so less opportunity to explore. Relatively clean public washrooms. Well connected!

The space is very good. For recreation and adda this place offer more than anything. Open air area.

Durga puja of this park is most famous. It has a good atmosphere for jogging in the morning. Entrance is free here and ground is quite large here.
