One of the finest hotel in Kolkata.. very good hospitality and other services.. have infinity pool.. also they have FOREST ESSENTIAL brand for their toiletries... During pandemic situation, they are maintaining a very good hygiene and rooms were all sanitized...they also covered the food with big box when they were serving.. everybody was properly dressed and was wearing gloves and mask... they also provide mask to every guest who had food there.. Also if you ask something from the room.. they will bring,knock and keep the things outside in a table for your safety... overall impressed with such precautions or safety measures taken by them..

Hospitality department was outstanding. Staff were courteous and prompt. In house dining is on time. Food is good. Bit over priced. But they allowed outside food. Suite room is big and spacious.

Today I called twice to the number which is given here (Kolkata). I was looking for buffet. Hence I called and twice they told they transferred the call to a section which I don't know. I was waiting but no response. Third time I called and again I told them but they took my number and my name and said "ll call you just right now". And still I am waiting. Poor service. I have been in jw Marriott mumbai but service is excellent. But here they provide poor service.

I have been to JW many times earlier but it was the first time during the pandemic I went there and it was really a nice experience. All the staffs were wearing masks and before entry they were providing us with sanitizers and there was a compulsory temperature check for every guest. The food was also very good and they were serving it with proper care .
