ITC Sonar is an extremely well designed hotel. The rooms and the hotel faces this beautiful water feature. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The staff is very courteous and prompt to help. Food remains the strength of ITC like all their other properties.

This was our second visit to the hotel and decided to Book a two night stay with breakfast for myself and my partner and it was fantastic!! we arrived late due to work but the staff at the reception was more than welcoming, our room was excellent with a great view of the castle and river, it was very clean and decor was fitting for the style of hotel and surroundings. Room service was again excellent with polite and smart staff, breakfast loads of choice and cooked well, Staff always friendly and polite and more than happy to go out there way to help you especially as my partner is vegan so food can be tricky in some places. I would definitely be returning again and would recommend this place if you never visited ITC Kolkata

Such a lovely place. Location is very good. Very good atmosphere for business travellers. Well connected from Airport. Sector V is very close to this property. Food range is very lucrative. As a whole 90/100 from my side. Staff behavior is also very helpful.
