JOY OF EXCELLENCE It's a very excellent place that you won't regret staying. Right from the moment you step into this hotel, you'll feel rich in heart more than you expect from the price you pay as its very much reasonable and you'll feel worth paying for your stay. Atleast for a few day you got to visit this luxurious hotel with your friends, your partner or with family with a little effort of investment in money. Your investment will be worth it as you create a joyful memory, a refreshed mind and it motivates you as well for your success. The sun sets and you feel delighted with the various food, with pictures shining on your gallery as you walk around on the outside filled with lights and the pleasant environment. The staffs are very much friendly and they always put a smile on your face, overall I appreciated everything out there and had a great stay and I would definitely pay a visit once again.

The environment is perfect. Though this Pandemic has caused Havoc around the world, I had a good time to relax and feel I was away from the Pandamic. ITC Royal Bengal, you are marvellous. I'm amazed by the modern tech in the room, the furnish looks splendid, the gymnasium and swimming pool were my favorite Place to hang around. The staffs and employee quite decent in their job. They know how to take care of their guest perfectly. The foods were finger licking Good. Love you ITC ROYAL BENGAL .❤

I had dinner with my family on my birthday. It was my first outing in a long time. ITC made it a truly amazing experience. The ambience in Darjeeling Lounge is great. The seating provides a lot of privacy. The staff were very courteous and followed all safety procedures regarding covid-19. The food was great. ITC has put social distancing procedures in bathrooms and dining areas. So, you will be safe if you dine there.

Calcutta : City of Joy The architecture of ITC Royal Bengal is a tribute to the Victorian era. With more than 100 hotels in over 70 destinations, ITC Hotels has set new standards of excellence in the hotel industry in Accommodation, Cuisine, Environment and Guest Safety. Great experience though, During this covid phase ,they are really maintaining the hygiene part so well. I would have definitely appreciate about the hole experience, We enjoyed a lot .. Specially the gourmet box ,at Darjeeling lounge .

It was an wonderful experience in Itc Royal Bengal. Last week our family went there for a dine in and it was one of my best experience so far. The food quality was excellent and overall atmosphere of the hotel was really beautiful. The hotel staffs were really very knowledgeable and friendly and lastly i would like to thank Ms Trisha for her amazing hospitality and she was very polite. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
