Hotel ambience and the behavior of the staff is very good. Room was very clean. Though the food needs a little bit of improvement. Apart from this i would like to pay a special attention to one of the staff named Sabrina. She really has a very good PR skill. Very well behaved. With great communication skill. I would like to give her extra 5 stars for her behavior, nature and service.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Kolkata! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by vishakha our names were mentioned on the board and we were upgraded to the Suite. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the restaurant supervisor deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.

It was really amazing interacting with one of the cutest employee of ibis Kolkata, fully loaded enthusiasm and full of energy, I would like to request ibis management to give her real big appreciation. I would love to come back here only because of this good behaviour of sabreena.

The services by Sabrina and Suprakash were excellent during my food and beverage dining especially at bar. They provided prompt services as anticipated. Excellent service kudos to the bar team
