We are here for 7 days quarantine since we are international returnees. I must say this is one of the best hotels where you are safe and secure as it meets all the quarantine needs. The rooms are clean, and the quarantine package is reasonable. It includes three course meals which is not only tasty, but also packed in foil containers and paper bags and handed in rooms from the doors. The staff is very careful in following the norms of social distancing and take extra precautionary measures for the safety of quarantine guests. In the midst of such crises it's a pleasure to see such kind of hospitality and care from one of the strings of 5 star hotel...

With COVID19 restrictions in place, the stay was still a memorable one. Staffs are very polite and courteous and go out of their way to help you. Good team work

The staff are great and very helpful. You are spoilt for choices in their morning buffet. We were there during Bengal lockdown and you still had all the facilities at your disposal including regular food & drink options. A good place to opt for if travelling for business or short family vacation.

Beautiful as always! Touches of class everywhere, from the gracious greeting at the entrance and the gorgeous glass sculpture enclosing a fresh floral design behind the desk, to the warm attention to each guest at every interaction. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed. The breakfast buffet is creative, inclusive, and continually refreshed. Table service is prompt but not intrusive and we found the lattes perfectly to our liking. The pool area is lovely and the spa is immaculate and well attended-to. Every interaction with the staff has been positive and pleasant. Each time we visit we feel that we are coming home.
