Golden Tulip is a three star hotel at Salt Lake and undoubtedly best in its category. Interiors are superb, rooms are nice with all modern facilities . There are two banquet halls and both are equally well decorated , particularly lighting is awesome. Special mention of the staff behavior and food quality. I have never had better food in any star category hotel than Golden Tulip.

Checked in for a few days and i loved my experience. I was not expecting anything great, so was amazed. Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Great food. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Hotel is walking distance from City Centre Salt Lake.

Let me first highlight the options which I liked and thereafter areas of development 1. Location is easily accessible and most auto/taxi driver is aware of the hotel 2. The check in was pretty swift and there was no unnecessary documentation done 3. The room was comfortable and have a good ambiance 4. The bed and especially the pillows were very comfortable and I had a super sleep 5. The gym has most of the facilities you liked and I enjoyed working out. The entrance is from outside the gate and wish it was relocated in one of the floors 6. The breakfast was very tasty and had a good spread Areas of improvement 1. When I was going to the gym I spotted a small snake in the lobby area. I informed the staff who acted immediately but a snake should not be present in the first place 2. The shower place had a single panel and there was no provision for a door which would allow to spiller on the wash basin area and should be redesigned 3. I handed over the room keys during check out and went for the breakfast. When I returned they still haven't checked with room service for menu bar etc. I wish customers time is valued and staff is a bit more proactive.
