The skywalk is 340-metre-long and 10.5-metre-wide. It connects the Dakshineswar Railway Station to the main gate of the famous Dakshineswar Kali temple. Kolkata: West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday inaugurated the Dakshineswar Rani Rashmoni Skywalk.

Very well designed skywalk with aptly planned exit and entry points. Elevated at a height of +6m it can be accessed by staircases, lifts and escalators. It's about 10m wide with 2m walkways on extreme sides and shops in the interior. Resting areas are placed at good walking intervals. It's about half a kilometre long and thoroughly shaded.

The place is a beautiful piece of architecture. It's new and we'll maintained. Really clean and nice environment. It connects Dakshineswar Kali temple with Dakshineswar station. With elevators on both side for senior citizens and escalator for normal people. There are stairs too. Is really helped with the traffic and public transport. The place got great views.

Very neat, clean and sophisticated place with a modern design and very spacious ambience. A tremendous piece of architecture and also a must needed route to avoid the traffic jam. The shops are also well decorated and prices of all products are within range. Most of the shops do sell religious artefacts and items. Altogether it gets pretty congested during festival seasons and auspicious days

A unique and wide skywalk for all. Really easy to reach Temple through it. Thanks to Bengal govt for their thoughts.

Wow! The Rani Rashmoni Sky Walk is now on service. This is just amazing. Escalator is for all citizens and lifts are available. Now you need not to worry about "Dalla"(prosad and flowers) because many stalls are available in the sky walking zone. Thanks to project work of "Biswa Bangla". This is an amazing experience.
