It's Serene, it's peaceful. Being in the presence of God relaxes your soul and calms you mind. The facilities are nice too but some pundits are not particularly nice to people. Other than that it's one of the best Temples in India I'd say.

One of the most beautiful Kali temple with a Serene and peaceful environment. Commutation is also easily available. Also the scenic beauty of the Ganges and the inner ambience of the temple will help you to find your inner self away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

A beautiful temple on the Bank of Hoogly river with some really beautiful architecture. This is so spiritual and you get to feel it in the air itself. Public transport is not so good around the place nevertheless you can use ferry services (for faster commute). But you do not get to carry phones and cameras so no photos.

The architecture of the Temple is mind blowing. You have to deposit you mobile, hand baggage and shoes at the counter. They charge ₹2 per pair of footwear ₹5 for mobile phone and ₹6 for backpacks The lake behind the temple is great to enjoy a peaceful time with your family. Tip:Reach by 7-7:30pm to avoid queue and see the mesmerizing view of temple and the bridge by the lake.

Very religious temple. Architecture is great. A must visit temple. You feel very spiritual. But you got to wait for a very long time to enter. Outside maintenance is not good. inside the temple it's very clean n neat.
