We've had a 2 night stay here as part of a family get together. Food menu was customized as per our requirements. Though the taste was good, it was quite spicy. Rooms were average. Some of them had very compact bathrooms, while some were spacious enough. The housekeeping was below average though. Rooms have had one or other good view of either a river flowing behind the resort or of the park rides; though this is not true of another residence hall that is about to open soon. Rides are good enough, with some of them matching with that found in similar parks abroad, while some not so good. We as a group found the level of service overall as average with patches of hopeless service in between. Eg, people missing from reception desk, multiple breakdown of the only elevator in our residence area.

Wow. I remember going when I was a child with my parents with me. It's just amazing I could recall every moment of my life.. had so so much fun The water slides all the rides were so fabulous i every now and then dream about going it again . My cousin just went there a few days back and gave his photos it was so wow

Aquatica is a water entertainment park in New Town Kolkata. You can have fun on water slides and in the pools. You can get reach there in public transport, or you can drive there. Ample parking is available. Be advised that, like any public water park, you might have concerns regarding the cleanliness of the water. It is advised that you carry your own swim suit as opposed to renting one from the water park.

Awesome place..must try.. Pros.. Many rides...best wave and pool in kolkata.. Best ambience... You will feel rejuvenating.. Cons.. A way expensive on weekends.. Costs 1k per head.. Poor connectivity via bus..

Nice water park! Good fun package for friends groups.. But the service quality has Detoriated over the years.. Package value for money with the overall service & rides not satisfactory!
