The Umaid Bhavan Palace is named after Maharaja Umaid Singh and is one of the world's largest private residences. The part of the palace is managed by Taj Hotels. There is a museum in it with various royal artifacts which are very interesting and the palace is beautifully maintained also. The classic and vintage cars of the maharaja are kept on display here. There are beautiful paintings on ceiling of the palace and the architecture is very beautiful.

One of the finest places to see. Although the museum is like 2-3% of the entire palace but it still gives you the goosebumps of what the palace would be like. The massive lawns are very pretty and provide a nice picturesque view from the front. The treat is the vintage car section its the icing on the cake. A fantastic collection. Would love to see the hotel itself. A must visit if in Jodhpur or rather a must stay :)
