An exceptionally pathetic experience of stay here. I had booked this place in advance as it was a special trip for me. The room was supposed tbe booked for two people. I confirmed the booking before I reached and everything was fine. As soon as I arrived and checked in, they gave me an option of either staying in room without double bed or staying in a older dirty double room. Since we drove for 8 hours, I didn't make huge and cry about this situation but later the a/c of the floor stopped at midnight. We got up sweating in a centralized aircon at 3am in the morning. We complained but they just kept taking us here and there in the same floor, ac wasn't working in any of the rooms. At last, unapologetically they expected us to stay in same room because they could not give us the room we booked 15 days in advance. Pathetic hotel.

My stay at mapple abhay was quite good.. The location of the hotel is such that all the tourist places were easily assessible. Food was delicious and the staff was supportive too .. Amenities like pool and gym was pleasent... !!!! Looking forward to stay again whenever I will come back to Jodhpur
