Description
The Ghanta Ghar in Jodhpur is a magnificent clock tower in the centre of the city, built by Maharaja Sardar Singh about 200 years ago. Known as the clock tower of Rajasthan, it is a popular landmark that signifies the start of Old Jodhpur. The tower offers a brilliant panoramic view of the city from the top.

Ghanta Ghar or clock tower of Rajasthan is situated in the centre of Sadar Bazar, which is a busy shopping site for traditional clothes, jewellery and also there are plenty of mouth watering street food here, including Shahi samosa and Arora chaat bhandar. In a way this is the centre of Jodhpur, from where you can reach other popular locations. The stepwell is also walking distance from Ghanta Ghar. You can also see Mehrangarh Fort from a distance. It is a super busy location, the best way to explore it is by walking. At night the street along with the clock tower is lit, making it more beautiful!

Yes a good for marketing purposes. Not the share market. For general meets of livelihood. Everything is available there. At realible prices too. Soo a good place . And a huge clock is also there , not so huge but very big.
