I have not done boating here. But I have been on the lake at the time of sunrise and sunset and those were the best sunrise and sunsets I have seen. As a photographer I would recommend you to be at the lake at the time of sunrise specially. The heritage structures in the middle of the lake creates a Great picture perfect view. The reflection of the shades and the structures add more beauty. In my view as a photographer this is a paradise for me.

Wonderful park beside gadisar lake You can ride boats here price is 200rs per paddle boat for 1hr They have different shapes of boats. boats are available for 2persons or 4 persons. You can ride the lake as far as you want. It is particularly beautiful in the sunset. There are different ghats there you can go there. Loved the experience

Gadisar lake in Jaisalmer was the only source of water in old times now offers boating while admiring the beauty of structures made inside the lake and surroundings. Quite a famous place for video shoots and can be seen in movies and serials. Apparently royal family used to enjoy watching dance here in the past. Enjoy the boating in the evening time.
