Hotel Tokyo Palace - Jaisalmer    Share

My partner and I stayed at Hotel Tokyo Palace for about a week in December and cannot rate it highly enough! All the staff are so welcoming and helpful - always so friendly, communicated over WhatsApp, gave us the most stunning room, and even allowed us to eat the restaurant food in our room when my partner was sick. We are especially grateful for the care they gave to my partner while he was sick by taking him to the hospital without charge, assisting us at the hospital, preparing food to help him feel better, and allowing us to extend our stay last minute when he became unwell. The room itself is one of the best we have ever had. We have a balcony and beautiful sitting areas by the window. Everything is very clean and the bathroom is fantastic with hot water. The food at the restaurant is very delicious and also very generous serving sizes. We also enjoyed speaking to and appreciate all the hard work of the restaurant staff. The location is also very convenient, only a five-ten minute walk to the fort! We highly recommend that people stay here. Not only is it very relaxing and comfortable, but the staff are truly exceptional. We are so so thankful for all their help and kindness.

Nice hotel with clean and comfy , traditional looking rooms. Staff is very helpful and friendly .. most importantly rooftop cafe food is very tasty ..overall a good hotel to stay with family and friends in a very good budget with a nice view of Jaisalmer fort

I can not recommend this place well enough!!! On the 21st of March the whole of India shut down and refused accommodation to foreigners, at the time we were both powerless and shocked. Tokyo Palace gave us a roof over our head and looked after us for our entire time in Jaisalmer. They were absolute legends. From buying us groceries which was quite difficult during the first weeks of lock down, to taking us to the hospital for a mandatory checkup to even buying us bootleg alcohol!! We will never forget! Thank you so much Tokyo Palace ! We will be back :)
