One of the best palaces in Rajasthan, Gorbandh Palace features awesome yellow sandstone architecture, magnificent artwork, décor, and the world-class amenities. The 83 luxurious rooms are well-appointed and the garden is decorated with beautiful fountains, statues, and sculptures that attract thousands of tourists.

It's a big property, though a bit old one. Still it has a charm. Parking place is slightly far from main entrance, unlike some hotels, where they have a parking in front of main entrance. Staff is very courteous. Food is good. Rooms are of adequate size. Washrooms are bit small, but bearable. Washrooms has bathtub as well. They offer spa services as well and the swimming pool timings are till night, unlike other hotels which jas till evening only. They have some cultural activities and puppet dance in evening, for which they have a separate open space. Overall, it's a decent place.

I stayed here for two days. The property is very nice and gentry is also good. I recommend this place to stay. You will have a real feeling of staying in a heritage property. Pool side is also very clean and attractive. Food quality is superb. May be the cost is on the higher side but you have limited option in Jaisalmer to dine out. Overall highly recommended for Hotel as well as Jaisalmer City a big thumbs up.
