This place is inside the fort area. It is still run by its owners. Entry fee is Rs. 50. This place offer a glimpse of the glorious past of Jaisalmer royals. There are many old items, like kitchen utensils, clothes which are on display.

We were also excited like other tourists by the splendor of Jaisalmer Fort and the buildings located within the fort. These buildings are having magnificent architecture and beautifully carved exteriors including the faced. One such Haveli is Baa Ri Haveli now a museum, which is located close to the Jain temple. This Haveli was built in 15th century by the Vyas family as he was the Royal Priest and an Advisor too. It was the Royal mansion and still it's managed by the descendants. It's a masterpiece and tourists may visit by paying a nominal entry fee. Rajshahi workmanship and art is significant in the form of sophisticated carvings and they maintained the structural values in whole construction. For many years a part of this Haveli was open as Shreenath Palace Hotel now hotel is not operating. It's a multi storey mansion and the original household amenities and belongings are displayed at their original place. It has many priceless antiques and it's an ancient lively heritage quite popular among the tourits. It needs at least half an hour to have a complete look to the interiors and displayed artefacts. Chandraprabhu Swami Jain temple, Raja Ka Mahal etc are the nearest attractions. A fantastic attraction for history buffs wanderers soulseekers art and architecture lovers etc. A photo session with the original traditional Rajsthani turbans and other items with real feel, remain a major attraction in this Haveli.
