One of the best hotel to organize wedding engagement ceremonies or receptions. Food is below average. Rooms are hygienic and clean. Banquet hall can accommodate 200 people at a time. Lawn is small but overall it is a great place. I would suggest them to work on improving the food.

Nice hotel. The food at lunch and dinner was really amazing! Couldn’t be more satisfied. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.

Don't go to this place as it has lost all it's charm of being service friendly environment . Due to corona they are not able to provide even basic facilities such as hot water , drinking water , etc

Would like to thank the fern hotel for remaining open during the the pandemic. However, there were some problems faced in the the quality of service. There was no hot water available in the shower. The drinking water was provided in the form of glass bottles with metal caps. The metal caps had rust on the undersurface. Even on insisting on bottled mineral water, there was no effort made to provide for the same. The bedsheet had stains and the shower fittings were loose. The food provided in the rooftop bar was not to our liking. It took more than an hour for the food to be delivered in spite of having a sparse number of guests present at that time.

It has been a great stay at this place. The staff was very cooperative and the best part was the food which was really tasty and healthy. The hygienic environment they maintain is really commendable. Also the place is close to the Airport and I would suggest people to pay a visit to this place. Cheers to the Fern team.
