Fraud people and even pushy to buy the clothes, jewelry and other things. Though at start you will like the goods but once you wash them they loose all the shine and quality and colour...... You can buy cotton clothes but never ever try to buy the silk ones they are the worst ..... please shop safely and properly don't let them confuse you even if you are rich

We purchased the quilt set and quilt worth Rs.17,000 (US $265). They claimed international free shipping. We selected the date based on our arrival back in the US. The package was delivered as promised. We had some issues with the merchandise (expensive quilt). We called the RSSCI. After 3 days of follow up(time zone difference), I was able to get hold of the manager. I expressed my frustrations and told him that we feel cheated. He was very cooperative and provided his cell phone number and asked us to send a picture of the quilt and proof of purchase. The next day, I got a call from the manager. He acknowledged and took care of the issue (exchange). We were very happy on how promptly the issue was resolved.

Visited this place in Jan first week. We were directed by one guide there.They tell you that we have renowned astrologers and they don’t charge, yes they don’t charge but they will put you in some doubts about your future and advised to wear some or the other stones. They convinced us also. We did purchased 2-3 of them. But when we inquired from market they were 3-4 times over priced. My son liked some quilts and bed sheets sets as he resides in Canada so we were reluctant to buy due to weight issues . One of their sales person told that since it is small scale industry produce there is no custom duty. So we made payment and told them to courier. And again charged exorbitantly high rates. To our surprise we received message from DHL that we need to pay $152 for the parcel to be delivered. One fine day guide rang us up asking that what all things we purchased and amount as these people refused to pay him his commission which was 30%. So I request everyone to be careful from such fraudulent shops . It is better to buy from open markets than these so called self styled emporiums. They are tarnishing country image too.
