1. Had to wait for 2 hours to get the room. Rooms were not ready and it was informed them that we will be reaching there at 11 and we got rooms at 1:00 3. no wifi working while booking they said there will be wifi 4. no water in bathroom have to follow ip multiple times 5. no intercom working 6. noone to clean lobbies 7. no fridge working 8. Dirty pool water was stinking 9. Fountains were not working 10. No carts available we had to wait for more than an hour for carts Even we called 30 times hotel staff to fix the thing but jot even once someone senior came and talked to us. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS PATHETIC. THEY RATE THIA HOTEL AS 5 STAR HOTEL BUT TO ME IT WAS NOWHERE NEAR TO 3 STAR
