The City Palace, Jaipur is not humongous like the City Palace-Udaipur but its a pretty palace situated in the center of the city. Specially, the doors of the palace are really very beautiful. A must visit place in Jaipur!

At 700 rupees, the price is kind of excessive even though it does include a few other sites. Photos are not allowed inside many of the buildings and there are some interesting historical displays. There are many men in traditional wear who will happily pose in a photo for you and expect a tip. I did happen upon a puppet show which was entertaining some children... the place was a bit dry but I also passed on the audio tour. The courtyard with the four extremely ornate doorways was probably my favorite.

Another amazing place to visit in Jaipur, thought the entry fees is high here, i would say its worth it. The inside view is amazing and you never have seen such things in your life time. You will get guide service here. I really loved this place. Amazing architecture. #Palace
