On the negative, the bed linen and towels were stained, were a dirty grey colour (they started life as white) and were tacky to the touch. At first I thought the bed sheets were damp but this was not the case; on closer inspection it appeared that they simply had soap residue in them causing the sticky feel. There were twin beds and both had the same style sheets so I didn't ask for them to be changed as I assumed any replacements would be the same, as they would have been 'laundered' in the same place. The towels were much the same. The material bed headboard had a nasty dark stain where many a greasy head had lain. During the night, the duvet came through the cover as the buttons were not close enough together revealing a filthy duvet.
