Location wise hotel is perfect. That’s in the middle of the Panjim City. Most of the things are in walkable distance, like- Casinos, Market, Church, restaurants, movie theatre etc. We have booked the superior room with balcony(best room of this hostel), which was pretty good. Compare to other hotels room n washroom was bit small otherwise it’s good. Very small balcony, which has no use. Housekeeping staffs were really helpful and they were very well aware of their responsibilities. Big problem of this hotel is Parking. Though they have mentioned that they have parking but actually we have to park on roadside that too always full, you have to wait till you get a Parking space, there is no help from hotelier on parking as they don’t have dedicated parking.

The location is really nice, the Hotel has simple but clean interiors (in contrast to the over hyped interiors of most of the Goa hotels). We have booked a Junior suite, and the staff was courteous to provide us with an upgraded suite room which had one of the best possible views!! The people are really friendly and helpful. Just ask them anything, and they'll try their best to help you out.... Sandra and Nishtha at the reception desk are really sweet and they helped us out with our travel requirements, vehicle arrangements, and many more small and sweet gestures! These small gestures are really nice and makes one feel at home.

Location is very good. I stayed here for a week. Food here was also good even though it's bit costly. Complimentary breakfast had variety and was tasty. Room was maintained well and staffs were well behaved.

Facilities @ Tree House Very good. The guest relationship service not at par. From from desk. One team delivered above at par. The orher team very pathetic service.

From scented, crafted entrance till morning brunch, it was clearly magical. Straight feeling of enjoyment can be experienced here, right here. #Rockonneptune, thumbs up to you.
