Location is the only thing I can recommend. Phone and wardrobe were both not functional. Amenities available in the room are basic at best. Staff is unwilling to help and gives silly excuses. Concierge unwilling to answer questions, standard response to any query is "Google it". Expect the room to get cleaned by 6pm if you are lucky. Have to fight for EVERYTHING. Nothing is available on the room service menu, either it is discontinued or machine is broken. Service on restaurants is also super slow, snails move faster. Will not recommend

We stayed for 4days,stay was pleasant the hotel is located in prime location you find most of the visiting places within radius of 3-4 kms. Very courteous staff, ASAP response to the room service, but they can maintain the rooms in much better way because the A/c was not working fine still the staff managed their best to fix it often . They also can improve on the breakfast variety. A good stay if u wanted just to explore in and around the place and get back for rest .

Located in heart of Candolium main road. Reasonably priced,as rooms and bathroom are quite spacious. Serves good variety of breakfast. The pool is very tiny even for kids. The hotel has beautiful terrace restaurant with beautiful view at night

Worst experience ever.! From stain marks on bedsheets to towels, nonfunctional drainage in the bathroom which indeed was stinking like a garbage disposal site. Manager and staff were very unpolished and clueless about their own hotel. In our 2 days stay at this place, we were caught up fixing problems of the room for an entire day.Please do not pay hefty amounts for this trash hotel. Not recommended whatsoever.
