Nice place for lunch and dinner with excellent services. The manager Mr Paul was cheerful and gave a warm welcome with quick and excellent service. This is the 2 time I am visiting this place in last 4 days and felt so comfortable and good with their service and quality of food. Keep it up! Will come back soon! Cheers

Now this one has mixed reviews! The food is very good no doubt, and the prices are reasonable, however their management sucks! The restaurant is always full with almost 20 people waiting at any given time and imagine all these 20 people stand next to your table waiting for their chance! It's so horrible! The waiters say that we can't do anything, and due to all this the restaurant door is always opened and no sufficient cooling inside. This makes the experience overall very irritating though the food is good and you are made to eat in a hurry so that the next person gets the table asap, there is no proper waiting sequence and people after you may get a chance before! So be prepared before you try this one !!

Less that 1 star for the service. Food is great but the waiters. Ritz you really have to do something about the management. They are really demotivated to work and don’t care about the service and they have the audacity to insist for a tip at the time of the payment. Pretty much force you for a tip during card payments.

For the price you pay, it isn't worth it. May be because we ordered only vegetarian items. Service wasn't up to the mark. After asking a dozen times they would serve water and pass the cutlery. Ambience was good.

The best seafood I have ever had.... total value for money. The only blemish I found with them is the attitude of the crew... there is a sense of complacency there and that shows. Imagine how wonderful the place would be with a better customer ownership.
