These locks I wouldn't use on kids school bag. Very unsafe locks and latches. Toilets unclean and ill maintained. Pool not clean. Very bad food. Complimentary breakfast no good and no options. Can't even get a tea till 9 am. The scape is good but wasted. Actually if they care toaintain they can make this a very very good property

Bad crowd and facilities. No madam inspite of that the crowd doesn't change the service parents are superb though. Mello Rosa really needs to improve the restaurant food it's terrible!

Worst experience. Hotel rooms are very dirty, frogs in washroom. No support from Hotel staffs.Overpriced and Pathetic food.Don’t waste your money
