When you go to a hotel you expect good and clean rooms, working taps, friendly and cordial staff and quick service But In this hotel you will never find it. Bedsheets were dirty, reception service was not responding. Every time they were having problem in their booking system. The only thing that is good here is food and drink. But rest of the things are below average.

Great shack type setting right on Palolem beach! Our room was sea facing and on the second floor! It’s an amazing feeling to sleep listening to the crashing waves and wake up with the amazing view from the balcony! You’ll witness amazing sunsets from here as well (from what I can remember)

Rooms definitely needed a revamp.. Bad condition of furniture and tiles in the rooms.. Other than that service was good.. Location perfect as it is a hop, skip, jump to the beach!

Its ON THE BEACH. Good place if you are not particularly looking for comfort. Restaurant is very good.
