Lovely hotel and facilities. Room was comfortable, showers always hot. Service left much to be desired. I spent 2 weeks backpacking around India, and thought I would treat myself to a nice hotel on my final night. When I arrived to check in, the welcome was frosty. The restaurant staff were pleasant and attentive, but those who worked at check in could perhaps engage more genuinely with the customer.

Food was good. Service was prompt. Amenities are decent and the room service is very responsive. Staff is very helpful and are available at all times amazing experience.we would definitely recommend this hotel. Although we only stayed one night, the staff at reception was wonderful and the rooms and facilities were outstanding. To compliment all this, the location is excellent with all the important places very nearby located from condoliam beach.

Great place to stay. Excellent room service. The reception staff ia not very kind. You must have nylon clothing for the pool(a very strange rule for a 5-star though

5 star Hotel.. Went for an event here.. Its decoration is awesome.. And pleasant surroundings. Will love to stay here.. But per night cost is too much here.

Facilities and food are the best in class. Worth staying at this property with free shuttle service to the beach. Overall experience was great. Would love to visit again.
