A seasonal market which is set up on the banks of the Baga River and runs between November and April, Mackies Saturday Night Bazaar opens every Saturday at 6 pm and runs until midnight. The market swarms with ample number of shopping joints selling antiques, junk jewellery and handicrafts, along with eateries and some peppy live music.

Great shopping place especially for girls similar to that of shilparamam in Andhra and Telangana. You can have food and shop in the same place. There will be a live music by some band or Dj kind of thing and you need to be there between 10pm-11pm to enjoy it completely

The market was closed as of November 1st week also. There is no confirm news as to when the market will open, you can check on the official website but still it is not updated. The best way is to contact the hotel person of some local Goan guy. Also in low seasons, many of the famous Goa places were closed for renovations like Dona Paula and Thalassa.
