Nice place to stay , affordable and good vibe overall. Food although they try to provide quite hygienic food but taste of North Indian food is a lil not exactly how it should be. Rooms were nice .

giving 1 star as 0 is not available....a classic example of do not judge a book by its cover...do not go by the pictures on website.... 1. Less Staff (that too not trained) 2. No Lifeguard at swimming pool (no towels provided at pool , receptionalist asked to get it from room if required) 3. AC switch off in between automatically 4. Rooms not clean ( Dust , spider webs , mopped with dirty cloth so all greasy floor) 5. slum next to the door 6. no hot water 7. no drinking water after 10pm

The pool side view is good but the other 2 sides are as you can see in image. The service provided is very poor we called them about hot water and they come to check in our room after 1.5 hour very poor service. Our package included breakfast + lunch The taste of the food is similar to the food served in hospital without any spices we have to ask for fry chilli which they gave us after our lunch was finished and the only thing you wanna eat in breakfast is toast. The reception guys are not very supportive. The have around 50+ rooms but not enough staff to provide sufficient service. We had a room with extra bed but they don't even have slightest mind that with extra bed you'll have to provide a pillow and blanket also i have to ask them repeatedly before i got one. So dissatisfied with hotel it's service and the food. Would not recommend to any one.

Nice place to stay, very good and cooperative staff. It was a good experience at this hotel. breakfast was good. Cleanliness was good.

Place is good in looks but don't expect anything from the staff and management. Best part of the la gulls is pool, breakfast and dinner including in stay charges.
