Visited for the second time and got the same room too. Love the place. Comfortable stay, helpful caretakers and great location just opposite to St. Anthony Church. And near to beach. All facilities nearby. Very convinient place to stay

Only best thing about this place is the location. Rest everything is worth forgetting. There is absolutely no cleanliness. Bathroom and washroom dirty, bedsheets and towels provided dirty, kitchen in which food is prepared dirty, premise dirty, everything is filthy. Breakfast is just two slice of bread and omlet and some liquid which they call tea. There is no one to attend to you if you want anything or any help. In my 3 days of stay not even once i got hot water for bathing and i couldn't get it since there is no one to attend to your problems. There were insects and not just flies or mosquito proper insects like centipedes in our room which we had to somehow remove. There was a small frog in our bathroom which even after complaints was never removed. The list goes on and on and on.. Thank god since it was Goa we were out the whole day and only came at night to sleep and freshen up, despite that we had such a bad experience. My sincere request and advise just avoid this place and find some other place nearby. You will definitely get better places than this.

Do not ever go to this place. Do not be fooled by the cheap price and fake facilities. Dirty rooms, extremely rude staff especially chetan who is the manager, AC doesn't work and the fan doesn't run at good speed. No AC or TV works, the toilets stink and the rooms are very dirty, and the staff us rude and bribe us to write a positive review for cleaning the room. Many of these places bypass the app payment and ask the customer to pay them directly so that they can take advantage in case of a cancellation. We were shocked by the bed bugs and other creatures in the room. Stay away from this place. There are many other options to consider around this place.
