This relaxed resort is 2 km from both Anjuna Beach and Chapora Beach, and 3 km from the ruins of the 17th-century Chapora Fort. Laid-back rooms have flat-screen TVs and minibars, as well as ceiling fans and air-conditioning. Room service is available. Kids age 5 and under stay free with an adult. Complimentary perks include breakfast, a welcome drink and shuttles to Anjuna Beach. There’s an outdoor pool, and an open-air restaurant with a bar. Other amenities include a gym, tanning beds and bike rentals.

Place is not as big as makemytrip photos. Small pool but decently big restaurant. Restaurant has limited buffet items in breakfast. Decent parking space. Cars can go up to rooms in most cases. Resort doesn't have any views. Staff is attentive and keeps place clean. You need car or bike to go to beach. Nothing much nearby to explore. Beaches are not too far though. Bathrooms needs some updates.

Just awesome resort... Amazing food, price friendly food for sure..clean and sparkling pool and campus.. nice staff, amazing villas, spacious, the one that we booked was quite cozy and peaceful, ample space for parking, everything so perfect... Like you would love to be here... Even being in Goa.. this is also another cozy place... Villas here can accomodate 6-8 people easily..

An excellent place to visit, stay, chill & relax. My Goa Trip has become so much memorable because of this place. Great rooms, friendly staff, all amenities, exquisite locale & one of the best restaurants & a great value for money. I simply cannot praise it more...

Budget friendly resort in Anjuna. Nice food, good pool. Decent rooms. Location is not so ease to reach / convenient .. can try of couple of days in Oct/nov area .. get good party going crowd here (mainly those going to Shiva valley / Lilliput )

Worst hotel management ever. These people literally don't know how to talk to someone. They even uses abusive language. They don't even deserve a single star. Even owner doesn't know how to talk and don't even care if someone comes to his hotel or so called resort. Owner of this property is really rude. Never ever recommend this to anyone. Big mistake ever.
