If you want to stay in Goa on a budget by cooking your own food, this is the right place to stay. It has air-conditioned rooms, pool, and a kitchen with refrigerators. The only difficulty we experienced was with limited parking space which couldn't be properly utilised, and only 2 staff being present, who weren't easily accessible.
