Location is good. Rooms given to us were good. Kind staff. Location is perfect for all seasons. Does have decent parking space. Breakfast spread is decent. Enjoyed my stay here. They do have TT table just in case you wish to spend time in the hotel itself.

Very good rooms & service. Situated bit far from airport but near to the beach. Parking and rental vehicle available. Staff suggest good places in case you are visiting first time.

We had requested for early check in. This I understand is subject to availability. When we reached in the morning ,we were informed of no rooms being available and we left our luggage at hotel and roamed around. Returning at 11 , we were told by someone who looked like the manager that the check out just happened and we will have the room in an hour. An hour later , we checked with the reception again and the kind lady there again informed us that the check out just occurred. We clarified that we were told the same an hour earlier and she agreed to check with her supervisor. The supervisor (same person mentioned earlier ) rudely asked her if we had no patience and that he had already informed us, not even bothering that we , the customers were right there hearing the whole thing. He was rude throughout the interaction and I also noticed an instance were he behaved the same with an employee. I believe the name of the supervisor was Naveen, sadly didn't get the full name. Having stayed in many five star hotels ,the hospitality expected is not this. The rooms too do not live up to a five star hotel , however that is secondary.

Good. Some staff are very friendly n nice, some not so much. That makes it not match up to the other Hilton's. The place is regigged from another hotel Revierra. A lot of it is still the same and a lot modified. My stay was comfortable room with a good view, barely was in the room as I was exploring Goa. The only thing that brings a place up a notch is the customer service n comfort while being a guest and after, I think DoubleTree needs a little more work in that area, there is scope of improvement.

We had 2 rooms for a week.As we entered on Christmas Eve to a dead ,non festive hotel lobby .No big gala dinner planned .. Room was full of mosquito and smell of dust and dirty flooring and lizard in the room ...No side tables on one side .my slipper went under the bed when they lifted the bed we could see it was full of cobwebs and dust n dirt .Barely could sleep with noisy AC so went for a swim where all bare trees and semilit unwelcoming pool ..inside the water it had long hair floating and zero feel of it being clean. Horrible stay . Waste of time effort and our money . Supposedly a 5*property .won't give 2 *also that too for the staff not for the management Will never recommend anyone to stay there .
