Private villa B39 is not maintained. AC doesn't work. Balcony lights do not turn on. Kitchen is full of pests. Utensils were full of fungus. We felt cheated as the pictures shared with us and the actual place is sad. The food on the other hand was good. Pool was well maintained. Staff were extremely courteous and have gone beyond their call of duty to help us in every possible way.

One of the best places to stay when you take a holiday in Goa. Villa spread out over a large green patch of land. Some villas have a private pool. Excellent place. Great hospitality. Amazing food. Prices less than a five star property.

Nice place, villa is spacious and nice, huge breakfast with lots of option. Its on expensive side and they asked for 50 Rs for glass breakeage, kind of rude for customers.
