Calm, Serene place at Gangtok to unwind. The hospitality of food and beverage service is very good. As located at a bit distance from MG Marg etc, getting cab etc a bit difficult during evening. Overall, nice experience.

Suites are amazing. All the rooms are valley facing. The view is fantastic. Service is also good. Employees are helpful and friendly. A scope for improvement is in the department of food.

Had a wonderful stay here. Staffs are friendly cooperative. Rooms are clean and furnished. View from bolcany is beautiful. Only 1 disadvantage is stay is very far from MG road. U need to travel for 20 to 30 mins. Kids play area is closed due to covid. One area of improvement is, gardening. Should keep more plants and trees to make more greenery

Very Good resort but if you're booking it by online apps please ensure that you'll get rooms according to your choice and location.. Restaurant food and staff was nice..Revika and lakshmi are always there for our help

WORST STAY EVER!!! Never ever book this hotel for your special day’s.Rooms were pathetic, cleaning wasn’t done. No one in the front office was courteous from the moment we checked in till the checked out no body was bothered about anything. We complained from the check in time that room is not cleaned all over dust was there in the room, there was lipstick marks on the pillow cover. No single towel was placed in the room and the blinds was not working properly. Tea kettle was broken. I never stayed in such a pathetic hotel where General Manager Mr. Kishore did not stayed on his own words, every-time he was saying he will do something special for us but nothing was done at all and then we asked for room change then we have been informed that we booked for base category so we don’t deserve to have a room change after speaking with General Manager i was cleared with one thing that they don’t clean base category rooms and those who are booked for base category they don’t deserve to have a good room this is what they made us feel. Being in hotel industry from past 9 years , i also know the value of a GM but he was not able to understand the situation, he was so unprofessional, not courteous towards his guests and Asha at reception is also so stubborn that she was not getting that we both are not comfortable in that room. Thank You for making our honeymoon worst.
