The temple is located on the side of the Dal Lake . The deity of the temple is Lord Shiva. The temple has the statue of Nandi also. The annual fare of the temple is celebrated with a lot of enthusiasm in the locality.The temple is an old one and is worshipped with a lot of faith by devotees.There are big trees on the side of the temple which provides shade and cooling effect to the premises of temple. The wall of the temple is adorned with mythological paintings which adds to the visual appeal to the appearance of the temple. The quite and divine atmosphere fills our mind with peace.
