Authentic Japanese cuisine which won't burn a hole in your wallet. They also have a decent collection of Japan-centric books. There's a nice open space too, overlooking the Bhagsu and Dharamkot hamlets which is best enjoyed with a glass of Amazake in your hand. Croquettes are highly recommended as evening snack and yeah don't forget to taste their lemon tarts Cuisines Cafe. Approx cost for two people Rs 650.

As far as Japanese cuisine is concerned it is very healthy and palatable but I would like to see some changes in the menu list though keeping it veg as it is. And as for hospitality, it is a place to savour a very good human touch as their owners are very friendly and the waitresses are courteous as they serve with a pleasant mood every time. Highly recommended for eveeyone who is around the town for a change ☺️☺️

Awesome authentic Japanese food!! I especially love the sushi (all veg) and the okonmiyaki. Not expensive and a super friendly staff. They have books you can borrow in English and Japanese!

owner is unfriendly and it could destroy your good mood. table tops are unclean, heavy tiredness after eating, was there several times and it was always like this. too sad as once it was a trendy place

This is one of the very best restaurant in Mc Leod and pretty affordable. I have been going to this place regularly since it was referred to me and the food is always consistent, healthy and delicious. The cakes and cookies are out of this world. It is amazing to me that people could be writing bad reviews about the quality of the food or the cleanliness of the place. I guess some people like to complain for the sake of having a little voice. For 250 rupees, the set menu is quite the bargain, compared to some local cafes that caters to mainly foreigners and have a poor price/value. Domo Arogato
