This property is a perfect retreat in the hills with luxurious yet cosy architecture, super comfortable rooms and beautiful greenery around! The food here is excellent and the staff is very courteous, considerate and friendly with kids. Very close to all the major attractions and cafes of Mcleodganj. Absolutely loved our stay here! Need to have more signboards/directions to figure out the way to the resort since the approach is secluded

I was in the property for my honeymoon and my experience was amazing. I had stayed at many five star properties in past but it was first experience with the Hyatt and I must say, they are a class five apart. The best part is that you can easy observe that the training Hyatt imparts to their staff, clearly says "The Guest is prime". Unless and until you demand something out of the world, they wouldnt say a "no". Property is small, but very beautiful, rooms are impeccable, food is awesome and chefs are just out of the world. The only thing where one needs to be careful is that if you are not very, and i again stress the word "very", experienced in driving on steep hills and very narrow roads, just park your vehicle in mcleodganj and request the Hyatt staff to pick you up from there. Rest everything is just awesome, in short, if you ever visit draramshala, mcloed ganj, the only place you must consider to be in should be Hyatt.

Approach is not ok yet...but in future it will be.. Else hotel is superb...one of the best I stayed in.

The property is good but it is in so remote place that will people insane... Reaching to the place can kill time and also not in proximity to any tourist spot which can be covered on foot.
