Do not book online. They will trick you. You book a premium room and on arrival they will give you some shabby room saying all other rooms are booked. So that you are forced to compromise with what they offer. We got to know there were not much guest but still they did not offer us room as per cost of room. Linen was so dirty. Blankets were reused even during carona time. Hotel location is at quite risky place.

Hotel Room is good and views from room good,but they need to change their reception person his not friendly and very bad in way of talking.

There is a steep slope to reach hotel which is tiring. Overall hotel is good and staff is friendly. Food is also decent

The room was very comfortable and had a good view. The only drawback was the heating. It rained for 2 consecutive days and was very difficult to get yourself warm. The hotel did not have any extra heaters. The staf Vikas was very helpful and jolly.
