A sure hit 5 star . Lovely place. Fantastic customer support. Food at the restaurant was awesome. They serve with a smile. Very flexible ppl here and located bang opposite to toy train station making our stay memorable !! Friendly staffs and located in the heart of the city

Rooms were pathetic, not properly maintained, rooms were old and the walls were having cracks. The only good thing in my room was the washroom and bath were brand new. Their services were really disgusting. Please don't go by the photos the hotel has put up on the internet, they have really used a very good photographer. The only good thing was the view of the mighty Himalayas from the common balcony.

That's hotel by uddan groups a nice hotel with good ambience and with good staff.. prices are in the range .. so budget people choose this property.. nice view from terrace also near by Darjeeling toy stain station..

The udaan hotel chain is fairly good. But the one in Darjeeling is terrible. Not only is the location terrible..i mean we could see a garbage dump from our window! The place is terribly small and conjusted . The rooms are tiny and the washrooms are dirty. The food like in all udaan hotels was good, and the staff was very friendly... But even they couldn't make up for the terrible, terrible stay.
